Our Story
High school sweethearts, Caitlin and Ethan have been living in South Burlington their whole lives. In 2011 as UVM students the duo decided to follow their passion and began raising beef steers under the mentorship of Tom and Janet Bellavance. Four whirlwind years later Caitlin & Ethan are excited to expand their business purview into the direct beef sale market.
Fresh vs. Frozen
While there is no flavor difference between fresh and frozen beef. Our beef is sold frozen to reduce waste, and ensure a high quality product. The best way to thaw our beef is to put it in the fridge with a plate underneath. If left overnight in the fridge you can be assured delicoius beef the next evening.
